The nomination period for the Alumni Association Executive Committee election is from May 4th to 18th. Graduates who wish to run for office can register by emailing Ms. Chan Yi-Chin at alumni@el.sunfc.edu.hk during the nomination period, including their name, graduation year, and a personal statement. The nomination period ends at 12:00 noon on May 18th.

Registration method:
1. Self-nomination: Members who are interested in running for office may nominate themselves.
2. Nomination: A member may nominate another member to run for election, and the nominated person must also voluntarily run for election.
The nomination process for all candidates must be completed one month prior to the General Meeting. The positions and powers of the Alumni Association officers are detailed in the Association's constitution.

On or before May 20th, the list of candidates and their information will be published on the association's website at least three weeks before the election.

Executive Committee Election and Annual General Meeting

Dear Faculty and Students: The nomination period for the 8th Alumni Association Executive Committee election for 2026-2028 will begin on May 4th and end on May 18th. The Executive Committee will consist of a minimum of five members (including Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Relations Officer) and a maximum of eleven members. Executive positions will be filled through mutual nomination among the elected members. Those interested in becoming an executive member may participate in this election through self-nomination or nomination. However, candidates must send their personal information, including name, graduation year, and a brief personal statement (approximately 100 words), to alumni@el.sunfc.edu.hk for registration purposes.
