This unit is dedicated to planning, coordinating, and implementing all core academic and administrative tasks, providing a stable, organized, and efficient learning environment for all students and faculty. Through precise and professional administrative support, we ensure smooth learning and teaching processes, assist the school in achieving its educational goals, and promote students' continuous academic development.

Our specific work objectives are as follows:

1. Optimize teaching arrangements and ensure teaching quality
   • Scientifically and fairly arrange teacher timetables , class timetables and classroom allocations to ensure the most effective use of teaching resources and minimize interference with teaching work.
   • Properly plan and arrange examination timetables and invigilation rosters to ensure that all in-school assessments are conducted fairly and smoothly, providing students with a reliable assessment of their academic performance.
2. Ensure smooth operation of the public trial and safeguard the interests of students
   • We handle applications, examination venue arrangements and related administrative matters for various public examinations (including HKDSE ) with rigor and accuracy, ensuring that all procedures comply with the HKEAA regulations and safeguarding the rights and interests of every candidate.
3. Implement fair class grouping and promote teaching according to students' aptitude
   • Carry out reasonable and transparent class placement of students based on established policies and data to align with the school's teaching strategies, promote differentiated instruction and peer inclusion, and meet the needs of different learning groups.
4. Accurately complete data reporting to support school decision-making
   • Complete subject surveys and statistical reports for the Education Bureau and various institutions on time and accurately. The reliable data provided will serve as an important basis for school curriculum planning, resource allocation and future development.
5. Improve administrative efficiency and support the teaching team
   • We will continue to optimize various academic work processes and make good use of information technology to reduce the administrative burden on teachers, allowing them to focus more on core teaching tasks and jointly improve the effectiveness of learning and teaching.

1. To train colleagues to become an independent, mature and critical thinking teaching team.
2. Provide an environment for reflection and discussion so that colleagues can pool their wisdom and cultivate a spirit of continuous innovation and progress to enhance the quality of their individual teaching.
3. Collaborate with different departments and help colleagues build a platform for joint collaboration and problem-solving.
4. To meet the needs of school-based development, various professional seminars, lectures and workshops are arranged to enhance teachers' professional knowledge.
5. Care for the physical, mental and spiritual health of faculty and staff, and build a healthy team.
6. Consider the needs of non-teaching staff and provide appropriate support.
7. Provide welfare services to cater to the needs of colleagues; build friendships and maintain team strength through various social activities.

1. Purpose :

1. Formulate and regularly review home-school collaboration strategies based on school development and students' needs.
2. Assist the Parent-Teacher Association to establish a good platform for home-school communication, collect opinions from parents and community members on the school, and make appropriate responses and follow-up.
3. We maintain close contact with parents through convenient and diverse channels, establish partnerships, support schools, and jointly promote students' academic and physical and mental health development.
4. Assist parents in urging their children to comply with the Basic Law, the Hong Kong National Security Law, and all laws applicable in Hong Kong, and to refrain from participating in dangerous or illegal activities. Create a peaceful and orderly school environment and atmosphere.
5. To meet the development needs of the school and students, we maintain close ties with the community, external organizations and alumni, introduce and make good use of external resources, and support the promotion of school activities and services.
6. Lead the promotion and reception of leading students to carry out publicity and promotion work for the school, such as writing school profiles, participating in school joint exhibitions, etc., so that people in and outside the district can have a deeper understanding of the school's educational philosophy and policies.
