- Purpose of Personal Data Collection
- The personal data collected in all application forms will only be used to process the relevant applications.
- Provision of Personal Data
- Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to the school. If there are any changes to the information in the form, applicants must contact the school as soon as possible.
- Transfer of Personal Data
- The School will not transfer personal data collected to any third party unless the individual has expressly consented to a change in the purpose of the data or such purpose is permitted by law. However, if the School is only processing the application for a project and not the organising body, the School may transfer the personal data collected to the relevant organising body during the application process.
- Access and Correction of Personal Data
- Applicants have the right to access and correct their personal data.
