Target:
The purpose of establishing the Leadership Student Team is to help schools build a harmonious and orderly learning environment and to train students to become independent, proactive, creative and self-disciplined leaders.

The Leadership Student Team consists of three team leaders, three vice-leaders, 10 team leaders who also serve as group leaders, and the remainder are team members. In addition to the team members, there are also leadership student assistants. Most team activities are designed and coordinated by the team leaders or group leaders.
The leadership team is well-organized and has a clear promotion system. Students can fully demonstrate their leadership and creative abilities within the team, and can achieve the effects of self-challenge, self-improvement, and self-reflection within the team.
