On the afternoon of October 6, 2025, our Chinese Department invited the Class 7A Drama Group to perform "The Biography of Lian Po and Lin Xiangru" for Secondary 4 and 5 students. Based on the famous passage from the Records of the Grand Historian, the performance showcased the conflict, wisdom, and tolerance between Lian Po and Lin Xiangru through a humorous yet poignant interpretation.
The troupe's lively performances, brisk dialogue, and meticulous stage design allowed students to learn classical Chinese in a relaxed atmosphere and experience the characters' emotions and moral choices. The performance was met with laughter and applause, generating enthusiastic student response.
The event was well-received by students and received enthusiastic responses. The Chinese Language Department hopes to continue collaborating with students in various fields in the future, bringing language instruction beyond the textbook and into everyday life, allowing students to cultivate a sense of language, aesthetics, and moral character through cultural experiences.

To welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Chinese Department held a special "Mid-Autumn Lantern Riddle Guessing" activity to create a festive atmosphere on campus and allow students to experience the charm of Chinese traditional culture in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
On the day of the event, the Chinese language teachers and students meticulously decorated the elevator lobby, adorning it with colorful lanterns and witty riddles. Students enthusiastically participated in the lunch break, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter.
The event concluded successfully in a joyful atmosphere. Students not only gained a deeper understanding of Mid-Autumn Festival customs and traditional Chinese culture, but also experienced the joy of unity and sharing through interaction.
