Diligence : Investing my time and energy to complete each task assigned to me.
勤奮：全力以赴完成別人所交代的任務。
Integrity : Taking personal responsibility to uphold what is pure, right, and true. Realizing that true happiness does not depend on material conditions.
廉潔：視維護純正、真實的事為己任。認清真正的幸福不受物質所左右。
Trustworthiness : Fulfilling what I consented to do, even if it means unexpected sacrifice.
誠信：即使須付出額外的代價也要言出必行。
Prudence : Recognizing and avoiding words, actions and attitudes that could bring undesirable consequence.
謹慎：避免後果不佳的言行和態度。
秉承辦學團體一貫的辦學方針，注重學生在兩文三語方面的培訓，乃香港首間以普通話為教學語言的津貼中學。
同時，竭力發掘學生的多元智能，使他們在德、智、體、群、美得到全面而具個性的發展，樂於終身學習，成為有創意、具適應變化能力、富責任感及積極進取的公民。
