In light of the Grade 5 fire that broke out at Hung Fuk Court in Tai Po today, traffic in the surrounding areas is expected to remain disrupted tomorrow. As the vicinity has not yet been fully reopened, with ongoing traffic closures or severe congestion, student commutes to school will be affected. To ensure the safety of all students traveling to and from school and avoid potential risks, our school has held an emergency meeting with the Teacher Crisis Team. After careful consideration, it has been decided that all classes will be suspended for one day tomorrow, Thursday, November 27th.
During the class suspension, the school will remain open as usual to accommodate students with special needs. Parents are kindly requested to ensure their children stay in a safe place, avoid the vicinity of the Tai Po fire site, and closely monitor their children’s emotional well-being.
